Photo Booth FAQs

Q. How far in advance should I reserve the photo booth?
A. It’s best to reserve the photo booth 3 months in advance during off season, Jan., Feb., Mar., Apr., July, Oct., and November. During the busy season we recommend to reserve the Photo Booth 6 months in advance for events in May, June, August, September and December.

Q. Do you custom design our photos?
A. Yes, we do! We can also, add an image you send us. After we are done designing we send you a copy for your approval.

Q. What size are the photo booth photos?
A. As part of our rental package we offer 2 options, photos are available in a 2” x 6” or 4” x 6”.

Q. Will you print photos on site?
A. Yes! We have a DNP DS40 printer. It prints high definition photos in 7 seconds or less. They print dry to touch.

Q. How many photos will you print during our event?
A. Our packages include unlimited photos on site.

Q. Do you have an enclosed photo booth or an open air photo booth?
A. We have an open air photo booth. This style photo booth allows us more room to take group photos. We have fit up to 14 people so far!

Q. Do you have theme props?
A. We do have some themed props however, we charge an additional fee for themed events. The additional fee allows us to purchase more props where needed so your event has the proper amount of props for your event.

Q. What type of backdrops do you offer?
A. Included in your package we offer a black or royal blue backdrop. Custom backdrops in a variety of colors and designs are available for an additional fee.

Q. Do you have professional hosts’ onsite?
A. Yes! As part of your package we provide 1-2 professional hosts depending upon the number of guests that will be attending your party.

Q. Do you offer photo frames?
A. Absolutely!

Q. How much space do you need to set up?
A. We request an 8’ x 8’ or 10’ x 10’ space. We prefer the larger of the two just to allow more room for your guests.

Q. How much time do you need to set up?
A. In most cases we prefer 2 hours to setup however, we can do it in less time if needed.

Q. Do you clean your props?
A. It is important to us to make sure that our props are sanitized after each event.

Q. Can we play a slideshow on PhotoView and UltraView?
A. Of course! Send a copy of your slideshow on a USB. We will test your
slideshow to make sure everything is in working order. You or your
photographer can create your slideshow just call us first for more
details.

Mobile Kiosks FAQs

Q. Are your Kiosks easy to move?
A. Yes! Our kiosks have wheels and can be push from one location to another easily.

Q. Can we use a USB drive to put our content onto the Kiosk?
A. The kiosk is USB enabled.

Q. What size screens do you have?
A. Our screens are a 42” vertical style.

Inflatable Signage FAQs

Q. How do you inflate Frosty and SkyGlobe?
A. We use a small lightweight vacuum blower.

Q. How tall is Frosty?
A. Completely inflated he is almost 12’ tall.

Q. How wide is the projection screen on Frosty and SkyGlobe?
A. Both have 60” projection screens.

Q. How wide is SkyGlobe?
A. SkyGlobe is approximately 6’ wide. The same width as Frostys belly.

Q. Can we use a USB drive to transfer our slideshow onto the projector?
A. Yes, the projector is USB enabled.

Q. Can Frosty and SkyGlobe be used outside?
A. Yes, weather permitting. It’s best not to use them in rain or windy conditions over 10 miles per hour.

Q. What holds Frosty and SkyGlobe down?
A. There are a total of 4 weights. Two of them are in the front and 2 are in the back.
